The Rousselet Robatel Kromaton centrifuge RCPC125 is a continuous centrifuge for food industry

With a maximum working temperature of 100°C and the capacity of 2,400 kg/hour of fried bacon (in this case).

Featuring in particular:

  • cylindrical basket from stainless steel with vertical de-watering screens
  • pneumatically driven pusher plate
  • adjustable speed by frequency inverter to select the most appropriate basket speeds for each cycle phase  
  • fully retractable lid, wide inspection doors, discharging funnel cover chute

Centrifuge design is in accordance with safety regulations and Europeans standards.
